No personal information supplied by subscribers or visitors is shared
with any entity unrelated to this site.
2. Registrations or Subsciptions for Buyers
This site does not require a person to subscribe in order to access
site content.
3. If you have been convicted of a crime, it is most likely illegal
for you to purchase many items from the vendors listed on this web site
or their advertisements.
4. Registrations or Subsciptions for Sellers
Anyone who wishes to subscribe to the services of this web site
must first have:
A. Valid State or County Sales Tax ID or Federal Employeer
ID Number or hold a Federal Firearms License.
Those numbers are required and may be verified periodically. Please
NO SSN! Use some number that is public knowledge!
B. Anyone who wishes to place a classified ad or be listed as a
"gun related" vendor must register and pay a minimal fee per year.
C. You must be a legal representative or employee of the Seller
to add or change content. NO friends registering friends.
D. Classified Advertisement is "Paid Advertisement" absolutely nothing
is Free!
E. ISCnetwork (aka Butch Walker, owner) exercises the right to remove
anything or anyone and for any reason at any given time. (Act human and
behave properly this will never happen. That should fill in for the next
20 rules or so.)
5. No multiple accounts
Multiple accounts are NOT allowed. The site refuses requests to
subscribe using the same access name or the same e-mail address.
6. Mailing list subscriptions
We may send out some form of newsletter or site alerts (system crashes
or similar) to vendors or buyers. But have no plans to do any of this as
of now.
7. Updates of the terms of use
These terms of use may be updated from time to time to clarify anything
that may cause confusion, or to cover new aspects of the site. The updated
terms of use are presented the next time a subscriber makes an authenticated
access to the site. Users are required to confirm that they have read,
understood, and accept the new terms of use to be allowed to continue to
access the site.
8. Know the laws of your land. Not all firearm related items
are legal to own, ship or create even for personal use in various states
of the USA. It is almost illegal to ship anything relating to firearms
out of the USA, even to Canada.
9. You can not receive a firearm through the mail or from any other
shipping agent except that you have a FFL or CFL. Otherwise you are dealing
with a Criminal and the act should be reported to the FBI immediately.
10. Ammunition cannot be shipped to Sacramento, California; Marin,
Napa, Ventura and Yolo counties in California, Hawaii, Chicago Metro Area,
New York City, Puerto Rico or Canada. Maybe others.
11. ISCnetwork.com or employees of Industry Standard Computers do
not sell firearms or deal with the transportation or transfer of such.
